1. Customs declaration and duties
Different countries have different tariff thresholds and VAT, It needs to be paid by the buyer.we will declare according to the situation of the package.

The EU VAT regulations will have the following changes with effect from 1 July 2021:
From outside the EU, cross-border shipment to the receiving address of the EU:
1)The current VAT exemption will be canceled for goods under €22, all goods will be subject to VAT.
2)For goods of value less than 150 euros, Ali-express collects value-added tax from consumers according to the EU tax law of received country, and declares and pays it to the Customs Office.
3)For goods over €150, VAT and duties are still levied by the customs at the time of importation.

Q: If I place my order now, will it arrive before July 1?
A: We can't promise delivery time. It's up to the transportation company to decide.If we have stock, we will ship within 1-2 days to leave more time for shipping.
If the package arrives before July 1 and the amount declared is less than 22 euros, VAT is exempted.
Q: What will happen if our package doesn't arrive by July 1st?
A: Customs will charge customs duty according to the declared value from the seller (we will declare according to the buyer's request ).
Q: What will happens if I place an order after July 1 2021?
A: If the order amount is less than 150 euros, AliExpress will charge VAT according to the total order amount.For example, if the price of your goods is 80 Euros, the freight is 20 Euros, and the VAT rate is 20%, then the total cost of this order is 120 Euros (include VAT)

2. About the choice of transportation mode
Ali-express standard shipping, epacket，some kinds of registered packets and express could provide tracking information of key sites, such as receiving, outbound, shipping, arrival, customs clearance, and delivery. Economical transportation only has partial tracking information, such as receiving, outbound.
We recommend Ali-express standard shipping,the price is acceptable and with guaranteed.
CAINIAO HEAVY PARCELS to Russia is not as fast as the Ali-express standard, but it is cheap, suitable or heavy goods.
3. Time of delivery
The delivery time shown on the list is estimated by the system, not the promised delivery time.Actual shipping time may different. In most cases, Ali-express standard shipping can reach Russia, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Italy, South Korea, Japan, USA in 14-20 days (except for orders that arrive in 10 days), but sometimes more time may be needed.
Parcels of more than 2Kg take more time to reach than small package.
If you are in urgent for your goods, please let us know and we will prioritize shipping, but we cannot promise delivery time.
4. Expresses instructions
Ali-Express premium shipping is the cooperative transportation method between Ali-Express and Hong Kong DHL.
Both Ali-Express premium and DHL require the seller to provide proof of transaction, and the commercial invoice must be consistent with the proof of transaction.
FEDEX and E-EMS do not have the above requirements.
E-EMS’s delivery time is unstable, but it is not expensive, suitable for heavy package.
The express company will assist in customs clearance and collect customs duties and VAT.
