  • Usage of gear puller:
    1. Please select the needle according to the size of the motor shaft diameter. Do not use a motor with too small needle and too large shaft diameter for tooth extraction, otherwise the ejector pin will be broken. The glued gear must be heated to melt the glue before tooth extraction!!
    2. Select the tooth puller thimble you need, install the tooth puller rotating rod, and tighten the screw (Note: For a table thimble, the screw should not be too tight).
    3. Install the gear puller rotating rod into the gear puller bracket.
    4. Install the gear puller traveling plate.
    5. Clip the motor into the gear puller traveling plate and move it until the motor shaft aligns with the gear puller ejector pin.
    6. Rotate the gear puller lever uniformly in a clockwise direction to pull out the motor gear.
    7. Gear with a maximum outer diameter of 11 mm and a tooth height of 12 mm can be extracted.
